"How do I know if there is an issue with my water?"

Possible water contaminants include but are not limited to:

Iron- causes red staining on fixtures/clothes and gives the water a red/brown tint that can tastes metallic. 

Sulfur- has a foul taste and smells like rotten eggs

Hardness- calcium build up on fixtures, spotty dishes and shower doors, negatively effects color treated hair and nails, and can ruin elements in electric water heaters.

Acidic Water- corrosive to metal plumbing, harmful to home fixtures (faucets) and appliances

City Water- tastes or smells like chlorine
